Dude, I got a DUI while riding in the back seat of a friends car. Yes I said charged by Marietta cops for a dui while riding in the back seat of a car, and spent the night in jail. My lawyer said out of his 30+ years of working he only saw two cases like that. Even though it was a bogus charge I ended up doing a plea bargain for drinking under age, and got Probation and 50hrs CS and fines.
