not from what ive heard..gotta let it heal and blah blah. then you can get some kinda clear stuff.... but what pain to change it out all the time and then you just risk infecting it.
thats why i never got my eyebrow redone. too much hassle.

Just got back from clayton county. I went with a friend to pick up the d16z6 he just scored for 50 bucks. It is going in his crx.

Dude claims it ran fine. Found it in the car parts section here on ia. The crank pully bolt broke off in the crank, but that isn't really going to be a problem. I can drill it out and then chase it with a thread cleaner to get the rest out. Other than that, it is a good motor. We are probably going to rebuild it before throwing it in anyways.
d16z6 is a sohc v-tec motor for a 92-95 civic ex. We are going to put it in a crx that has a d16a1 that doesn't have as much power.

Thats what we are thinking. At first we were just trying to get a stock replacement. I just saw d16 and that it was in good condition so we jumped on it. Then I got to thinking about it and I realized what the engine code meant. My friend was really excited though.
