It's probably some punk who broke his ankle in 10th grade and keeps getting his handicapped permit renewed.

I'm so glad this was brought up.. 80% of the people I see parking in handicapped spots are just plain lazy.. want to help them out? If they can walk and have all their senses put the sh*t at the back of the parking lot cause they probably need the exercise anyway.

That goes for people who ride the electric buggy in grocery stores too, generally the ones I see are too lazy to walk their ass around the store.
