your guarenteed a certain amount of money every week, 2weeks, month or year.
I actually didn't get much overtime when I was hourly.. there was occasions that I did, But this weighs it out pretty even. My main thing is paid holidays and vacations now. It really hurt me when the office was closed and i had no choice to not get paid.. esp with thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all back to back.. I have been hurting, lol... I get paid every 2 weeks though and am looking forward to the steady paycheck!!
