I was coming down the hill towards 29 behind another vehicle going 40-45, when the passing lane opened up i casually went around...not down shifting or anything and i'm side by side with the vehicle as i'm coming around the turn over the rise with the cops sitting behind the sign with his elbows on his hood. I was less than 200 feet from him when he raised up and started to walk around his door....i was tempted to downshift and pull in next to him but i look down and was only going 50 and i thought it was a 45, makes sense to me it's a freakin 5 lane road. Anyways..it was 52.7 in a 35.
