It has been done before but during a routine traffic stop they cannot proceed unless they have solid probable cause and it cannot exceed the original investigation. So pulling you over for a tag light does not give them a reason to search your car.
well the courts always have taken the cops word over mine. I think ud lose time and money and that when its all over and done it wouldnt prove to be worth fighting for. I say we should just riot or something.
