    Default what should I do?

ok Heres the deal.. .I'm in a dilemma I do not know what to really do, just need an idea from the forum. My bottom end is junk right now... and my car will be nothin but an oversized lawn feature if I dont do something about it.

Choice 1). Fix the bottom end, get forged pistons, race prepped rods, complete seal rings, lightened crank... have the car ready for everything that comes forth... (In this choice I know pretty much whatever is wrong with the car... and I have put mad money into the car and I cant get that back If i sell the car... This is what i'm leaning towards)

Choice 2) A good friend in NY can give me a starion for 1k(or around the cost of bottom end overhaul) with a GM 350 V8 in it pushin some 400 to the wheels.... auto tranny... (I don't know much about the car, the tach/speedo wont work... should be semi-reliable... but if something were to go wrong it can be trouble.... kind of iffy to me... also it's going to be a real pain to get it down here... shipping = 600$+, cant fly there drive back i work fri-sun.. school Tuesday and Thursday and those are my first priority)

Choice 3) Other, please explain... and I'm on a limited budget too because I have school coming up and etc etc... so I cant go out and get a 240 and spend mad dough on putting an SR in it.

    Just need some ideas.

    thanks
