Egged car anyone?

Im going to be passing out a letter to over 400 houses tomorrow...this is what I'm going to say..sound good or what..input appreciated




Dear Neighbors,

Tuesday evening between the hours of 6 and 8pm my car was vandalized (egged). This caused damage to the car, which amounted to several hundred dollars.

The events left me feeling uneasy and concerned about the safety of our neighborhood, I have always thought of this as a safe place to raise a family.

My objective to giving you this note is to inform everyone of my concerns for the safety of the neighborhood. I urge parents to talk to their children about their friends and activities they take part in, specifically about the events of Tuesday night.

If you or your children have any relevant information that would shed light on the situation, Please don’t hesitate to call. I can be reached at xxx, please leave a voicemail with any prevalent information. There is a reward for information leading to the persons involved.
