That is what sprint is all about, offering sub par service to customers at double the price. I used to work for them back in Ohio. I had a good time with the people but my God their business practices and ethics are VERY questionable. I would not associate myself with such a company again. They are VERY dishonest and inconsiderate of their customers. You need to switch to verizon ASAP. PM me and I can tell you how to get around their ETF.
