    Those who do irritate the hell out of me when I'm waiting in line, ESPECIALLY if they're writing a check for dumb sh*t like a candy bar.. Sending checks off for a bill is cool but whenever I see people writing one at the store I think "damn people still do that?" .. just a random rant I guess.

    Same here, which seems like the smartest idea. I've never liked the idea of a floating check because I will ALWAYS forget about it before it clears. Till this day I've never bounced a check but then again I've probably written 10 checks at the most within the past 5 years.

    Sorry guys, I still write checks. I pay some bills that way and I use checks when I get my nails done. But yeah, if I'm in a store I'm just gonna use plastic.

    tony... i write checks.. WHAT!!!

    nah just playing, i hate that shit at grocery stores... fucking 80 yr old lady buying only prume (sp?) juice, and like.. a dozen eggs in the express lane writing a fucking check.. she writes as slow and as clear as a 5 yr old, takes her 2 minutes to pull out her license out of the wallet.. except it took 15 minutes to even remember where the license was IN her purse/wallet whatever. damn.. im pissed now just for remembering

    No shit it seems that check writing has become a sickness where I live. The worst was one day I was running errands and three stores in a damn row I got stuck behind some dumbass writing a check. Thanks now you pissed me off for remembering that awful day
