Thread: Skyline wreck on 75/85

    Default Skyline wreck on 75/85

    First off I was in Atlanta and spotted a silver skyline (R33 GTS?) that had a bodykit, gold wheels and some of those neon lights under it driving around. It was pretty stock otherwise and had a slightly louder exhaust. He was also being followed (harassed) by a green civic with clear lights and the tag in the window. I got a glance at it and was on my way. On the way home around 5:00 am I see a few cops fly by me (no surprise here) and decide to play chase. Less than a mile later on 75/85 S at the big curve before the tunnels (~2 miles before I-20) I see that this same Skyline has smashed into the back of a car and a Jeep had smashed into the back of it. The same civic was also pulled off to the side. It had just happened as the first ambulance arrived when I did. I got off, looped around and got a picture of it that I will post as soon as I get the camera developed (no digi cam with me). I see no way they could have made it out with no injuries and wouldn't be surprised if they had any serious injuries. The only way I could tell it was the same car was the gold wheels and the paint color as it was crushed on both ends. Anyone know who's car this might be and how the driver is doing?

    I know who taht is and i have met him at the stockbridge meet. Its a black guy n i forgot his name. I dont know if that green civic is his but i do hear he has a fast hatch as well. coulda been one of his buddies driving it.

    it was a nice car with some mild upgrades. big brake kit, intercooler, hard pipes i believe. he got it from NAD auto. Hope he is ok.

    Yes I know him.. I think his name is Lance, he's from up North like me. Thats too bad, he had so many plans for that car.

    i also me him in stockbridge. the green civic is his friend. thebrake kit on that carwas put on just a couple months ago it costed xxxx.xx alot in the thousands. and the rims. it wassuper clean. at shows,he would spend the whole time cleaning it (and fighting off "groupies")

    at first i was thinking it was Tripper's Silver Skyline....he has gold rims on it as well...hmm go to www.coolcatracing.com and see if that is the same skyline that got wrecked..that's his website for his company and he had 2 skylines but sold one and kept the silver skyline...lmk if it's the same skyline

    no. the green civic has intake/exhaust the hatch isnt ever brought out. as far as i know.

    the green civic is his friends(which wasnt in the accident i dont think). but the jeep may be his and the skyline is his. thats messed up.
