you send them an email and they send you the form back to fill out...before you send it back you have to do a practice mystery shop at a fast food restuarant grocery store drug store or a gas station and then submit it and then they will let you know if you have been accepted and then they just send you assignments i guess and that's how it works...
you have to evaluate how the experience was wherever you went, whether or not someone helped you how long it took for someone to greet you and what not....just basic customer service skills...like if you are waiting in line the cashier is supposed to at least acknowledge the next person in line, or wherever you are, that is proper customer service...Originally Posted by B16a2 Civic
