For a pill large enough to have enough to sustain you for all those days, it would have to be a huge pill.
Now how are you going to get that pill down if you have no water?

You cant change the perimeters of the discussion. The exercise is based around making the choice and why. For the sake of debate, the pill will keep you alive for 30 days with no food and water. This "pill" existing or not is of no significance.
