The reason Matt said early or late in the day is due to the lighting.

Keep in mind that because we may be shooting at say 4 pm, that doesn't mean that everyone needs to show up at 3:55 pm. We will be talking to everyone individually when the time comes, but just keep that in mind. If anyone can't be there atleast 1 hour prior to the actual shooting time, they may need to consider shooting on day they're off from work/school.

We need time to setup the cars, equipment, for the model to get dressed and ready, etc. Just FYI.

Sounds good to me.. IF I dont hear from one of the groups by Jan I will set -up a time and they will have to be there.. I will not wait till the last minute.. Id rather have everything done a month early then be taking pictures the day before the deadline...

Just remember to think about the colors of the car and your skintones. Jaime and I are serious when we say we can look and tell what will work with the cars and what won't.

Remember I have a carbon fiber hood and cf side markers which are black. So my car is not just all white. This should make it easier for you to match.
