Sorry "Bro", I do not just delete posts as I see fit unless they are spam OR someone has reported a post and requests it to be deleted.
Secondly, I do randomly ban people for shits and giggles when they're getting a bit out of line, but it never lasts more than a couple of hours. The only perma-bans/long-term bans are for spammers and clearly useless users (fakes). Yes, "it's just an internet forum", but it actually used to be a lot more close-knit. I was part of it back then and I still think about it that way and do take being a referee a bit serious, but it's not nearly my life nor do I see it as some badge of honer that makes me any better.

You have slapped yourself with a giant target that just begs to be shot at with the stuff you post and the reactions you have toward other people. So you are the only one to blame for being "on my radar". There are tons of other people that I don't think of when I am on here, but you stick out constantly. I have no problem making comments/replies toward him that I normally would not say to anyone else. The reply you quoted is a perfect example of me poking at him for getting all up in arms over nothing. Bottom line- I have no problem trolling the trolls, I don't troll people for no reason at all. I have absolutely no problem with civil discussion, but start acting like a petulant child, and you'll get treated like one.
