    Well considering a wheel is what a tire mounts to/on and is usually made of steel or aluminum and that either metal doesn't actually burn, it would then just be a tire on fire....since rubber does indeed burn. lol

    Reminds me of a time this car was on fire in the median, so I got far over in the other lane tried to zoom by it then the car explodes... im like really.... as im about to pass it had to burst lol... that's what she said.
