I might get into it one day, but what I think is freaking awesome is what Baby J does...
He somehow attaches a super high range controller and real-time video camera onto some RC air planes...
He can fly his planes for miles with his video goggles to produce a flying effect- pretty cool IMO.

I watched his video a while back. While it is awesome, I imagine his setup is pretty stupid expensive.
I think my whole first rc drift setup was $300-$400 without the charger and batteries. You can probably put one together a lot cheaper than that if you don't mind buying used. Saw a few used rtr drift cars on ebay for under $300.
I had a spanish friend that for our entire friendship (3+ years) let me call him Justo. Met his parents one day and found out its pronounced "Husto". Felt like a real dickhead.
im going to get into RC drifting or RC offroading with my tax return. Can't wait. I havent been into it since college years ago, ready to jump back into it.

Hobby Car - R/C is in my blood.
Last Car was a Yokomo GT4, I was gonna try to put some drift tires on it but I lost interest (happens when you don't have many friend to race with).
