In all seriousness, NEVER take your mom to school to deal with a problem. Man up, and tell the teacher you didn't like it. I'm sure it was just a joke, but respectfully let him know it offends you.

if that doesn't work, tell him to kick rocks and report him. Taking your mom to deal with it is about the worst possible thing you can do.
