I went through the atlanta mercedes club to sign up for it. it was 5k but that included everything but your plane ticket. First day was just signing a shitload of papers, insurance papers, papers saying you won't sue if you get hurt, one saying if the instructor tells you to stop you stop or will be thrown out. 2nd day was getting familiar with the cars, sitting in them, right driving position and then went into the room for what to do when we get to drive them. 3rd day was auto cross, handling over steer, accelerate and brake. 4th was when we actually got to take it around the track. I got a c 63. tremendous amount of power. makes my slk look like a snail but the c63 is completely pointless for a daily. literally had to feather the pedal just not to spin tires. even with esp on it will spin. after like 3 blinks of the esp light it just gives up and says fuck it

Your '09 AMG SLK 55 is no slouch either. I know exactly what you mean by having to feather the throttle all the time haha.
