not all black hispanics are Dominicans, there are Panamanians, Hondurians, Peruvians, Cubans, and yes even black Mexicans, i met one when driving through Mexico.

I hooked up with a few dominican ladys that are really light skinned looked almost white. But you can always tell them part because of their hair, its really thick like black women.( not the afro type the light skinned type)
