It's because of them wearing weaves. Their heads itch just as white folks or any other person's head itches. Only black folks that wear weaves can't scratch their heads due to the weave coming out. Blacks do not use the term "wigger". That is something white kids came up with to make fun of the other white kids trying to fit in with the black crowd, usually in HS. They simply tolerate these kids b/c they may actually be crazy. But guaranteed, if shit pops off, they will video tape it, yell "WORLDSTAR", and act like they don't know him.
Now if a white kid dresses like he has a fucking clue in life, then they would actually have some respect for the kid. Be yourself, no matter what color you are.
