problem with nextels is they aren't tracked by the phone's IMEI (serial number identifying the handset itself), so you can't really trace an IMEI in this case unless soul has that number laying around or on his paperwork when he bought it. the SIM is what nextel uses, which he already got back according the the story so far.

so your friend was lieing about that it was his phone

and the other funny part he was like im at your down step with cop i was like ok come in and he wouldnt say anything about it then i was like why dont u just come in and he was like im sitting infront of somewhere and finally after like 20 mins i was like dude im not talking till u come over and it took him like 15-20 mins and with no cop came so whos lieing now
