Racing for a grand isnt worth it to you to set it up for a race? How much do you make drifting?

I'm back with a belly so full of shrimp i can barely move......

never in my life have i seen someone so passionately defend a freshly purchased used car that most people would have turned in for the cash for clunkers program.

My CRX isn't a shell, dumb shit. Nor is the engine, turbo, or anything else on it blown. I don't have bobo ass gutted "shells" sitting in my yard.

I met e36slide today at C&O and saw his car. He is different than his online persona. He was quite easygoing and understood his progression through previous cars to his current one.
My feeling is that he is a car enthusiast just like everyone else here, and just tends to not have as thick of a skin yet as some of the rest of us that have beenaround a long time.
Oh, and I agree with him that the s13 is probably better for him than the s14 was. His goals and needs seem better aligned with it. The car isn't too rough as some comments made it out to be. Not perfect of course, but I'd daily it with a quickness, or have it as a fun toy.

I'm not surprised by this to be honest. There's no way he's as big of a jackass IRL as he is on this forum.... he wouldnt have lived this long. The guy shows signs of being a decent guy, but those signs are usually buried in a sea of bullshit. I'm sure at some point he will stop wearing his feelings on his sleeves and trying to fight the internet and at that point we'll probably get along fine.

He was a friend of my younger brother and I knew him prior to him having to go through some pretty big challenges early in his adult life. Unlike most he has shown some resilience and a desire to do better. You're right about being thin skinned and quick to lose his temper but that was many of us when we were young. He's actually a good dude that's still just young and a bit immature. Now that doesn't absolve him from all he's done lol but at least he has the ignorance of youth excuse that not everyone on this forum has.

Thanks man it was nice conversating with you. Thanks for the few pointers with my car.

Yeah I've just been messing around on here. Of course it's given me a bad rep and all, which I'm not proud of. Just tend to loose my temper. I'll deff work on the self control when posting.

I'm deff trying to learn how to be less temperamental. I do have a little growing up to do, but spending most of my childhood in jail or not being able to be a child had forced my adult self to be a little immature at times. I'm sure that will fade away with age and time.

I've been through that stage but, I still managed to keep my good values and be respectful. I grew up without parental or sibling role models to look up to or take care of me. I had to learn to live on my own at 16 and I've managed to make it fine. Being kind to others and learning not to take someone's opinion so seriously will get you much further in life. It's never good to have more enemies than friends. Respect others and they will treat you with respect and this someone giving you help when you need it (and trust me you will some day). Just try to be more mature and set a good image for yourself. Lighten up some and learn your limits and stay out of trouble.

And the douchebaggery continues. You're the source of it, "it was nice talking to you, thanks for the pointers." You need something to wash that brown off your nose?

Nobody is saying your car looks bad. I like s13s.... obviously... i even like pig nose s13s..... but it is what it is. I feel like in your eyes you see this when you look at your car. Not to mention, you didnt even build this car..... so you have no explanation for being so butt hurt about comments. It's a 89 240sx with wheels on it...... you shouldnt be insulted when people dont shower you in praise.
