Anything after before 8am and after 10pm is impolite. My neighbors aren't close enough to where this is usually a problem for me, but even if they were, if it's a one time thing who cares? Sometimes you have to work on something late because you have no other alternative. Pissing your neighbor off now earns you no credit for later if you have to work on shit after hours.
