I'm sorry but that's the dumbest excuse. WERE YOU ON DRUGS? Switching schools doesn't wreck your credit, my girlfriend has a harder past than that and she funded her way through school with the help of some grants, worked full time in the process, got a career, and is doing just fine.

I'm truly sorry for a crap childhood but it's just not an excuse to use.

Dude we lived in a mother fucking plumbing van. I don't care to go into details. I don't need sympathy. I highly doubt any of you have went through what i have. I am fixing my life. I can't just go to school i have shit to pay for. They fucked my credit up by using my ssn for loans and such to buy drugs. I don't use it as an excuse it helps me do better if anything.
