yea thats what I do when there are cops around me...lol cross fingers. But then again they never look around where I live *knock on wood* so I wouldn't know what it cost around here. Jed "Soul" could tell ya cuz he got one and had to take a class for it lol...I don't think his was 5% either I think like 14%
