why do you keep saying Honda Care, he is still under factory warranty. Honda Care is the extended warranty they dont have anything to do untill it hits warranty cancel date. And once that hits it is easy to take care of them if you know how to word the claim.

But back to the original topic ask for assistance it will go through Mark Depeatro(sp) he will approve or deny the claim or you can bypass and call Honda direct and get a claim going with them.
