First, you go to the courthouse in the county that you live in. You will fill out the necessary paperwork and hand over $25-30. You will then go to the county Sheriff's Office and go through fingerprinting. That also costs another $19(I think). Then, you just wait until your license comes. Mine took about 3 months in Rockdale Co. Gwinnett, I hear, is in about the same time frame. Later, QD.
