I'm on the verge of a pretty big promotion myself. It will nearly double my salary and i will get a company car with gas card. Being 22 going up against people in their 40's - 50's for the same job is pretty nerve racking.

I understand that completely, I'm 20 going against guys that are 40-50. They know A LOT more than I do, so i'm trying to learn and keep up at the same time.
