Ok this tlrant is at my car... Every forum i read i hear bout people punchin themselves in the nose trying to get theyre stock BMW 328ti shift know off... Yet everytime i shift in to second i look like an asshat looking in the floor for know stock knob lol damn you grrrr... Anyone got one layin around they just wanna donate to the cause.... Lol

Yeah i think i needed coffee lmmfgdao... Basiclly my stock shift know on the bmw 318ti (trunk impared) is wore out and everytime i shift to secont the knob goes flyin and ball checks me so im in pain searching the floor for my damn knob... Lol i ordered a new one yesterday... Damn gonna take almost 2 weeks though

Lol nice thread title change there.... (o_O) but it has nothing to do with driving if the knob falls off... My grandfather whome drove cars and trucks for a living for over 20 years drove it last night and nut checked himself too with the damn shift knob. Lol granted he is not driving miss daisy but it takes no effort to lose it when sitting on a steep incline and n shif to second before u reach the top of the hill damn thing pops off. Not falls off pops off the plastic inside that pops into the shaft of the shifter has been modified in a lame attempt to fix which i might add was a epic fail... When i say it pops off u can be outside the car and watch it pop by itself 3" off the shifter and land in the seat.... Its like one of those children toys u used to put on a table and in a few seconds it pops and jumps...yeah well that and reaching for second with gorce and it poppin off u throw it at ur balls everytime lol... Yes i ordered a new one.... now back to yall picking on my typing carry on...

Lol I just don't get how you nut check yourself with the shift knob. I had the same issue on one of my cars in the past and I bet a lot of folks here did also. I think you literally have to aim and throw it towards your nuts when shifting to nut check yourself. Otherwise wouldn't it land somewhere around the center console? Wait, are you sitting on the center console?

Lmao naw bro... Its more of it pops off with enough force it kind of fumbling to not drop it in the mist of shifting and losing it...i guess if i kept my hand directly on top of the know at all times it would be ok but i forget while im driving and not every time does some one get nut checked theres alotta searching the driver side floor for it too... Someone put a clip used to hold the door sill plastices off a honda in the knob with some glue compound... Sometimes the shifter hold tight sometimes its a waiting game on when it pops off

It started off as just a serious rant about my damn shifter... But someone thought was funny to change tye title to make it seem funny. Which i might add is one of the few things i disagree with about this site. That a few typos when one is in a tired rant and the thread turns into a huge joke and the mods change the title to make the users seem like absolute morons when SOMETIMES we are not... SOMETIMES... Anyways it has turned into a huge joje and funny and i guess as all the peeps at meets say... "if the users fidnt bash everyone and the mods didnt join in it wouldnt be IA"
