There are enough facts. The Del Sol character could have kept to himself instead of telling cops info about the tag and shit. Now he is just as deep as the guy who stole it.

As for a ban.....that's up to the mods. I don't see a reason to ban him. He hasn't done any bad dealings here on IA and hasn't thrown out any racial slurs to anyone.
