Stone Mountain was the only place I went to and prob the only place I can think of...since Im just new here. If you lived in LA oh man you would have to take a 2 months to goto all the place.

adrettis... indoor go carts, restaurant, bar, and game room. Might be a little extreme for the young young kids but that's a cool place to go considering there arent too many placed around like it. http://www.andrettikarting.com/

The Carter Center is nice. It has a beautiful garden and exhibits that are good for kids and grownups. The museum in Kennesaw for the train from the Great Train Chase is fun and there is a great mexican restaurant nearby. It is inexpensive and yummy but I can't remember the name. It is something like Azteca. The High Museum can be fun. The Christmas concerts by the ASO are usually one size fits all. Lake Lanier or a day trip to Ashville for the lights at the Biltmore House might work. Christmas at Callenwolde runs through the 14th. The Atlanta Botanical Gardens usually has a great program that runs up to Christmas. I really like the museum at Emory too http://carlos.emory.edu/ and if all else fails take them to the World of Coca Cola.
