It's not even that. The insurgence has died way down in recent years. Where were the slacktivists when this was really a big issue in the 80s and 90s? Kony has been pushed out of Uganda and is thought to be dead anyway. The LRA goes way deeper than just Kony himself. Think Osama bin Laden.
