I'm prob gonna stick all the money in a 401k /Roth because I believe they can't tax it then.

Creative accounting is a must.

When you're 10-99 you don't pay taxes until you file. Usually it helps if you do it quarterly, but most people have no idea how much you pay in taxes, only what you "net".


When you get money back, it means you lent the Government money tax-free (over-paid) for a year. Shame they won't return the favor if the roles are reversed.

I'm 10-99 subcontractor, I bill hourly rate $XX/HR, they pay me after I invoice, I'm responsible for paying all taxes.

Figure $16000ish cause I'm in the 15-20% bracket. Reverse math you can figure my income.
