None of those cars you posted as "comparisons" are worth their asking price. Don't get me wrong, I think you're asking a fair price for your car if everything is as you say it is. I tried to sell mine once for $7500 before I became discouraged with the selling process and decided to keep the car. Only to sell it much later after the motor popped and got screwed over by a shop to "rebuild" it.
Problem with pricing/selling 240's is two-fold.
First you have the obligatory drift tax added, because every 16-yr that can convince mommy and daddy to buy them a rwd car is automatically a drifter. If you find that kid, you're lucky.
Second the car has to be priced retard high because 99% of the 240 crowd are broke-ass kids that will low-ball the fuck out of you, so you need wiggle room so Johnny thinks he "stole" the car from you.
You've probably seen it. I mean, how many offers have you gotten that are like "Hey bro, trade 4 a boosted d16 ef hatch wit teggy wheelz? All it needs is blah blah blah"?
