Honestly I think the blame lies 90% on the parents. They're just kids, if they haven't been taught better, they probably wont know better. I was kinda the same way when i was in middle school(although ive always known to never fuck with a man's vehicle) until i got checked one day.....I'll never forget that shit lol. Do them and the world a favor and scare the living shit out of them if you get a chance.
