    I'm almost certain you can only sue for like borrowed money, and items that belong to the other person that was not a "gift" and they refuse to return it to the original owners. Things like emotional distress, and or loss of money spent on the other person will not hold up in court. I remeber when some jackass spent all this money trying to sue a gold-digger when he bought some all inclusive trip to the Bahama's and they broke up before going and she took her new bf and he got pissed and tried to sue her, saying she stole the tickets and reservations and what not...the case was thrown out, because it's basically a "gift"

    This thread has to be the dumbest shit I have ever read on IA

    kristy- how can you sue a car club? 1st of all is ghey asssssssss hell.. 2nd.. you can sue something that has your name all over it.. with no papers signed or anything by no other parties. They will laugh in court unless you come up with another plan in order to get your money back.. I highly doubt you will.
    I just did some digging up and the club name and webspace is all under your name ... wont work and is a waste of time. Seriously.
