I like condo life more than house life. I used to stay in my mothers condo in buckhead and would love it opposed to the house in LVIlle. Smaller, 24/7 guard at the door, video camera on channel 29 to watch the lobby, only bill was heat and it was never more than $40/mo, tennis courts on parking deck, conferance roomm, big ass gym, heated pool, and 5 min walk to the clubs in buckhead. Cant beat that for less than $800/mo! Now a townhouse I can deal with! I just hate mowing lawns, homeowners associations, and bad ass kids walking through the grass!
