    was doing some browsing and stumbled across this. Could be the best craigslist ad EVER!

    Secluded and no neighbors. 10 minutes from Benning on Alabama side. Rustic house on 20 wooded acres with a lot of deer that makes it hard for me to sleep so I rent the place out. I got tired of picking up all the antler racks they leave all over the yard. See the pics. Also, the stream running through property that dumps into the pond keeps getting choked up with bass. I keep trying to catch as many as I can so my family can swim, but it's no use. They just keep coming. And growing too. Last 5 I caught were over 8 pounds each. I am sick of fighting it. Also, I have a garage with some stuff I will leave behind like a quad runner, bass boat, and a couple of tree stands. They are blocked in by the 400 cases of Budweiser the last guy who rented from me left. Free for the taking if you rent, it's all yours. Also, there are 6 or 7 deer rifles and shot guns with crazy names like Weatherby, SAKO, Ruger and Benellli, which actually sounds like a cheap I-talian car. Cable is free and gets 24000 channels including some I can't talk about here. Complete furnishings and 78 inch big screen TV. Also, a collection of taxidermy game heads from some hunt in Africa. Also farm neighbor down road will let you hunt property if you help with chores since he is alone with his 2 daughters. But you have to keep kicking them off the pond or they will fish it out. References. Must have own truck.
