Getting there early to park doesn't help. I get there at 5, and more than once I've been blocked in when ready to leave by people double parking in the rows. Not just the donks doing that either. A z28 and an xb come to mind for doing it as well.

Mentioned it to one of the cops, they don't care as long as it doesn't impair the V employees from doing their job.
