Even if nobody wanted to go home and rebuild, they still need to get a job and start their lives over wherever they do want to live. To some, this hotel life probably is the good life.

I don't think they can get back to the rythmn in 3 months, but I think they could get out there and get started in doing so. With the amount of money that is still being spent on supporting these people, it's obvious that well over the majority is just taken it easy. I'm not really trying to come off as hating.
