You did good. Think of it this way:

1. She had to get up that morning and make sure she was looking exceptionally good trying to see if you noticed. But, you didn't and that crushed a females ego, especially when they want you to notice.
2. She only had you to come to her job, to see if someone at her job, would notice if you noticed. (read it a couple of times you'll get it) Which is even more crushing because you didn't and she knows it, so it is even more embarrassing.
3. She probably went back inside and balled her eyes out because you didn't notice and realized she really fuked up..but, guess what it is too late for all of that. You can now take the time out to work harder, make more money, and get yourself together so when the time comes for you to sign the divorce papers it will take you a couple of months cause you are in Fiji and she is still wondering if you even care.
