not sure how it works in ga but in tn if you dont pay a red light traffic camera ticket it gets turned over to a collection agency...got one a few years back and didnt pay it. it didnt go on my license and i received one letter in the mail from a collection agency. i would just go get a new license issued from cali since you live there now and say fuck it. its not like they are gonna arrest you and bring you back to ga for failing to pay a red light traffic camera ticket.
