China is such a horrible country and America is one of there top supporters. you know if you get caught in China with a bible you are put to death! put to death cause a bible?!?! if you get caught doing anything againts there goverment your put to death. you have no freedoms to anything. you have to do as the emperor (i believe thats what he's called) says and we support it. IDK i just think we should put alittle more time into thinking where we go shopping and who we are supporting. IDK maybe its just me. i guess i have to much time on my hands to be thinking about this.
You never mentioned your intent by posting the poll. If you're objective is to slam Wal*Mart for being anti-American I hope your going to create a poll for every conglomerate based in the states. I'm willing to bet most of the products you use are not "made in the USA." A large percentage of the food you eat is imported. Where do you think the out of season produce you eat during the winter comes from? Your "outrage" should be more focused on the American consumer than any corporation. Companies are driven by what consumers demand, and what they demand are lower prices. Hence, companies have no other option but to outsource production to keep prices down. So in essence, we as Americans have created this environment. We can't have low priced goods when American union workers want $80/hr to pick fruit and put cars together. Is it wrong that Wal*Mart hires illegal aliens and does business with contractors that hire illegal aliens? Yes it is, but they get fined millions of dollars a month for that. Should Americans be enraged by that? Yup, BUT Americans are only patriotic when it's convenient and doesn't hurt their wallets. So, the next time you eat that orange, drive your car, talk on your cell, put on your clothes, watch your TV, or turn on your desktop, think about how un-American you are. BTW, how can you claim China is such a horrible country? Have you been there or are you getting your inside information from the media? I'm going to bet you believe everything you hear and see on TV. China is a force to be reckoned with. They bought IBM and bid on Unical and Maytag earlier this year. Furthermore, they paid an Alberta oil company 2 billion for an oil pipeline.
