ive driven a non V-spec, adn even so, for 45,000 I could buy one hell of a real car
I wouldnt give up any bodily parts to drive any car....but if someone ever offered me the chance to drive it, sure....
technically speaking, I'd drive any car given the chance....because you can basically have fun in any car...
case in point....a geo metro that my buddies dad was gonna just take to the scrap yard, but after some rigging, we got it running and did reverse donuts and some tray sliding before blowing the motor, and it was plenty of fun.

nissan only released a limited number of the spec 2's
The skyline is an awesome car, i wouldnt call it over-rated at all....but since we dont have them here in the us...people rave about them more.
