    At my old complex I just moved from I had neighbors above me that I just wanted to cut their legs off. Her daughter would be jumping rope at 10 PM when my son would already be asleep. I've called and complained a few times but most of the time I tried to just block it out. When I got to the point of being mad about it because they wouldn't stop I would take the broom stick and bang on the ceiling as hard as I could for like 5 minutes straight
