    the facebook page says David Saucedo...
    but the Police identified the driver as David Vizcarra, 19, of Forest Park.

    yeah I traded him my 94 rs teg and when he was test driving it he kept releasing the clutch too fast and it was cutting off and he tried to tell me there was something wrong with the head lolol he doesnt know how to drive a stick very well......might be why he got caught....

    This was proven by APD and everyone else that chased him. Either he stole a car that was slow as shit or didn't know how to drive it. According to the news reports, the chase got up to 85 mph.

    That was probably the first car he ever took too.
