Is it just me or did that line about Bush go over everyone's head?

Like it or not Bush did not spend wisely, but it's not his fault entirely. Presidents don't do much, it's those dickholes in Congress that have been spending money like the shit grows on trees and doesn't ever lose value.

God Damn... Bush did not save any money, he spent more than any previous administration. Obama just doubled-down on spending. But for the sake of argument, let's say you are correct... Would that be a bad thing? You think we can print money forever and their be no consequences?
