ALCOHOL TASTE TEST -- New Location
WHO: Males and Females 21 to 39 --You must call me to sign up & be screened for this job.
WHEN: Thursday, April 7 -- Spring Break week- so be aware of that if you sign up
TIMES: 5:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.-- with check in 5 to 10 minutes early
LOCATION: Hilton Garden Inn North, 4025 Windward Plaza, Alpharetta, GA 30005,

DIRECTIONS TO HOTEL : Georgia 400 North to Exit 11 (Windward Parkway) and turn right and
head east. Go to the 4th light & turn right on Windward Plaza Drive. The hotel will be right behind a CVS Pharmacy.
PAYMENT: $30.00 for a 1 hour study. Required designated driver get paid $10.00 for each
person they drive, up to 2 ($10.00 X 2 = $20.00) Free drink & sandwiches
REQUIREMENTS: You cannot have done an alcohol study in the last 6 months to participate in
this job. Every participant is required to have a designated driver to participant in this job.
Please do not sign up for this job unless you can make a firm commitment for attendance
and can find a reliable designated driver. Drivers do not need to check in with me or wait
during the study....they can just check in at the end of the job & get paid. Please give me your
name as it appears on your license so our checks can be written properly before you arrive.
You must have a photo ID to do this job. You can drink as much or as little of the drink as you
wish to form an opinion.
