IMO i think most of IA didnt just move on to other sites but more of grew up and out of the game. I have seen so many lose interest in cars from starting families...I will also do the same about this time next year and chill for a while for my wedding and to have a kid.
Family and life is just so much more important.
there's no way everyone grew up at the same time as IA's server failed miserably.
